1.a) Single Girder Crane (SWL 125kg to 1000kg):
Single girder suspension cranes from the KBK classic construction kit are used for fast & safe area serving overhead handling & exact positioning of variety of goods. KBK classic single-girder suspension cranes can be simply suspended from the building roof or superstructure. Additional supports for the crane runway are not necessary. Even partial areas of a workshop may be easily fitted with suspension cranes at low cost.
1.b) Double Girder Crane (SWL 500kg to 2ton for larger span) :
Double-girder suspension cranes from the KBK classic construction kit feature a low deadweight and favourable structural dimensions. In addition, the pendulating suspension largely absorbs the horizontal forces caused by starting, braking and stopping KBK classic double-girder cranes can also operate on several runways, thus providing large spans to cover extensive storage and production areas. The cranes can be easily moved by hand.
2. a) KBK Pillar Mounted Jib Cranes (SWL 125kg to 1000kg) :
Pillar mounted jib cranes can be installed at almost any location. It features wide operating radius & low jib dead weight that permits simple traversing of the jib at any load position. Available with motorized or manual slewing.
2.b) KBK Wall Mounted Jib Crane (SWL 125kg to 1000kg) :
KBK Wall Mounted Jib Cranes Can Be mounted on walls, Columns or machinery saving precious floor space. Can also be used as tool tracks for improved handling of testing devices, tools, cable or hose suspension racks.
3.KBK Monorail :
Optimum solutiom for linear overhead handling suspension monorails provide a direct link between pick up & deposit points in reversing operation or a closed circuit. KBK classic suspension monorails can be built to almost any design; from simple, manually controlled straight sections to complex, semi or fully automated closed circuit monorail systems.
